Update:

The only approvals for the proposed landfill have been the Regional BIA approval of the completion of the Environmental Impact Statement in January 2000 and a 'conditional' lease approval in January 2007. The conditions within the lease are set forth by the Record of Decision.

Clean Air Act - Title V Operating Permit and USEPA Review and Approval of Asbestos Monofill Removal Plan (illegally dumped in 1988 and still not contained)
