The only approvals for the proposed landfill  have been the Regional BIA approval of the completion of the Environmental Impact Statement in January 2000 and a 'conditional' lease (see ROD or Record of Decision).

• EPA Stormwater Permit

• Army Corp of Engineers Clean Water Section 404 Permit

• Pollutant Discharge Permit

• Water Quality Certification

• Clean Air Act - Title V Operating Permit and USEPA Review and Approval of Asbestos Monofill Removal Plan (illegally dumped in 1988 and still not contained)

• Consultation regarding impacts to species or habitat protected under the Endangered Species Act

• Agreement with local Fire Department(s) or developers need to provide equivalent Fire Protection

• Off-site roadway improvements expressed in the ROD

• Agreements with Colusa County mitigation measures

• Permits issued by Colusa County and Cal-Trans for Roadways
