Unfortunately, CCCSW is UNABLE TO POST  the application for the permit to construct because in order to get the information not only did we individually have to pay $100.00 for the CD which contained the report but had to sign the following agreement: 

NOTICE AND AGREEMENT

which includes '...not to ...copy,duplicate,rip,publish,distruibute,alter,obscure,post,or transfer this CD or any part of its contents by electronic, digital, or physical means....'
